Step preview

  1. Heat a clean frying pan - medium-high speed
  2. Add ground beef, red onion and garlic clove to the frying pan
  3. Cook in frying pan until browned while stirring occasionally
  4. Stir paprika, ground cumin and tomato paste into the frying pan
  5. Cook in frying pan - 2 min
  6. Add cheddar cheese to the frying pan
  7. Stir until melted
  8. Reduce heat completely
  9. Divide content of frying pan between 2 medium bowls
  10. Divide lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and avocado between the medium bowls
  11. Top with cilantro and corn chips
  12. Top with sour cream
