Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
2. Grease a clean shaped mold
3. Attach the butterfly whisk to the Thermomix bowl
4. Add sugar, egg and dulce de leche to the TM5 bowl
5. Mix with MC fitted - approx 5 min, 37°C, speed 4
6. Then add natural yogurt to the TM5 bowl
7. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 3
8. Then add olive oil to the TM5 bowl
9. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 3
10. Then add lemon zest, all purpose flour and baking powder to the TM5 bowl
11. Mix with MC fitted - approx 10 sec, speed 5
12. Then add pecan halves to the TM5 bowl carefully and mix
13. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to shaped mold
14. Add dulce de leche to the shaped mold on top
15. Bake - 35 min, 180°C
16. Let cool onto cooling rack
17. Serve
