Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Prepare a clean shaped mold
  3. Attach the butterfly whisk to the Thermomix bowl
  4. Add sugar, egg and dulce de leche to the TM5 bowl
  5. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  6. Mix - approx 5 min, 37°C, speed 4
  7. Then add natural yogurt to the TM5 bowl
  8. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 3
  9. Then add olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  10. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 3
  11. Then add lemon zest, all purpose flour and baking powder to the TM5 bowl
  12. Mix - approx 10 sec, speed 5
  13. Then add pecan halves to the TM5 bowl carefully and mix
  14. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to shaped mold
  15. Add dulce de leche to the shaped mold on top
  16. Bake - 35 min, 180°C
  17. Let cool onto cooling rack
  18. Serve
