    Method

  • 1. Heat a frying pan over medium to high heat
  • 2. and turn your oven grill on high
  • 3. Add ground beef and yellow onion to the frying pan
  • 4. Cook in frying pan until browned
  • 5. Stir garlic clove into the frying pan
  • 6. Add marinara sauce, baby spinach and carrot to the frying pan
  • 7. Stir until wilted
  • 8. Add oven-ready lasagna noodles to the frying pan
  • 9. Stir until covered
  • 10. Cover with foil
  • 11. Reduce heat
  • 12. Simmer in frying pan - 10 min, medium heat
  • 13. After 10 minutes, remove the lid from the frying pan and stir through the shredded mozzarella cheese until it melts
  • 14. Remove the frying pan from heat, scatter the lasagne with buffalo mozzarella
  • 15. Then put the pan under the grill of your oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted
  • 16. Scatter fresh basil leaves over the frying pan
  • 17. Add mixed salad leaves to a clean large serving bowl
  • 18. Serve
