Step preview

  1. Heat a clean frying pan - medium heat
  2. Pre-heat oven - high heat
  3. Add ground beef and yellow onion to the frying pan
  4. Cook in frying pan until browned
  5. Stir garlic clove into the frying pan
  6. Add marinara sauce, baby spinach and carrot to the frying pan
  7. Stir until wilted
  8. Add oven-ready lasagna noodles to the frying pan
  9. Stir until covered
  10. Cover with foil
  11. Reduce heat
  12. Simmer in frying pan - 10 min, medium heat
  13. Uncover
  14. Add mozzarella cheese to the frying pan
  15. Stir until melted
  16. Reduce heat completely
  17. Scatter mozzarella cheese over the frying pan
  18. Grill until melted - 5 min
  19. Scatter fresh basil over the frying pan
  20. Add mixed salad leaves to a clean large serving bowl
  21. Serve
