Quick and easy brown bread mix.

  • Whole wheat flour icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 395°F
  • 2. Add whole wheat flour, white flour, baking soda and salt to a clean medium bowl
  • 3. Blend until combined
  • 4. Add buttermilk, honey and egg to a clean glass measuring cup
  • 5. Whisk until combined
  • 6. Transfer milk mixture to dough
  • 7. Mix until well combined
  • 8. Prepare a clean loaf pan with parchment paper
  • 9. Transfer dough to loaf pan
  • 10. Bake - 30 min
  • 11. Serve
