  1. Pre-heat - 200°C
  2. Get a clean medium bowl
  3. Add whole wheat flour
  4. Add white flour
  5. Add baking soda
  6. Add salt
  7. Blend until combined
  8. Get a clean glass measuring cup
  9. Add buttermilk
  10. Add honey
  11. Add egg
  12. Whisk until combined
  13. Transfer milk mixture to dough
  14. Mix until well combined
  15. Prepare a clean loaf pan with parchment paper
  16. Transfer dough to loaf pan
  17. Bake - 30 min, 200°C
  18. Wrap with kitchen towel until completely cool
