Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Add whole wheat flour, white flour, baking soda and salt to a clean medium bowl
  3. Blend until combined
  4. Add buttermilk, honey and egg to a clean glass measuring cup
  5. Whisk until combined
  6. Transfer milk mixture to dough
  7. Mix until well combined
  8. Prepare a clean loaf pan with parchment paper
  9. Transfer dough to loaf pan
  10. Bake - 30 min, 200°C
  11. Wrap with kitchen towel until completely cool
