Step preview

  1. Add onion to a clean saucepan
  2. Fry slowly until light golden
  3. Add massaman curry paste to the saucepan
  4. Mix in then set aside
  5. Add coconut milk, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves and white sugar to a clean glass measuring cup and mix
  6. Transfer mixture to saucepan
  7. Simmer - low heat
  8. Add chicken breast, potato and green beans to a clean large mixing bowl
  9. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to saucepan carefully and mix
  10. Simmer - 40 min, low heat
  11. Transfer content of saucepan to 2 serving plates evenly
  12. Sprinkle with peanuts
  13. Serve
