Step preview

  1. Get a clean saucepan
  2. Add chopped onion
  3. Fry slowly until light golden
  4. Add massaman curry paste
  5. Mix in then set aside
  6. Get a clean glass measuring cup
  7. Add coconut milk
  8. Add fish sauce
  9. Add kaffir lime leaves
  10. Add white sugar and mix
  11. Transfer mixture to saucepan
  12. Simmer - low heat
  13. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  14. Add chopped chicken breast
  15. Add chopped potato
  16. Add coarsely chopped green beans
  17. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to saucepan carefully and mix
  18. Simmer - 40 min, low heat
  19. Transfer content of saucepan to 2 serving plates evenly
  20. Sprinkle with peanuts
  21. Serve
