Step preview

  1. Add red onion, fresh garlic and olive oil to a clean large saucepan
  2. Fry until lightly browned
  3. Replace on Drop Scale
  4. Add sweet potato, carrot, ground turmeric, ground ginger and vegetable stock to the soup
  5. Heat until simmering - high heat
  6. Simmer while stirring occasionally - 20 min, low heat
  7. Add green bell pepper and coconut milk to the soup
  8. Blend with stick blender until smooth
  9. Serve
