Tasty treat dinner. This was served in a local pub on a Bray seafront. This recipe makes one bowl of nachos, but you can scale the recipe up to make additional bowls!

  1. Get a clean frying pan
  2. Add ground beef
  3. Fry in frying pan until browned - medium heat
  4. Get a clean small bowl
  5. Add tomato sauce
  6. Add chopped button mushroom
  7. Transfer vegetables to meat
  8. Fry in frying pan until simmering - approx 10 min, low heat
  9. Get a clean small glass bowl
  10. Add chopped onion
  11. Add chopped tomato
  12. Stir until completely mixed then set aside
  13. Get a clean large serving bowl
  14. Add broken up tortilla chips
  15. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese
  16. Transfer meat to large serving bowl
  17. Transfer vegetables to large serving bowl
  18. Add tortilla chips
  19. Serve
