Tasty treat dinner. This was served in a local pub on a Bray seafront. This recipe makes one bowl of nachos, but you can scale the recipe up to make additional bowls!

Step preview

  1. Add ground beef to a clean frying pan
  2. Fry in frying pan until browned - medium heat
  3. Add tomato sauce and button mushroom to a clean small bowl
  4. Transfer vegetables to meat
  5. Fry in frying pan until simmering - approx 10 min, low heat
  6. Add onion and tomato to a clean small glass bowl
  7. Stir until completely mixed then set aside
  8. Add tortilla chips to a clean large serving bowl
  9. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
  10. Transfer meat to large serving bowl
  11. Transfer vegetables to large serving bowl
  12. Add tortilla chips to the large serving bowl
  13. Serve
