Tasty treat dinner. This was served in a local pub on a Bray seafront. This recipe makes one bowl of nachos, but you can scale the recipe up to make additional bowls!

  • Tomato sauce icon

  • Button mushroom icon

    Method

  • 1. Fry ground beef in a frying pan until browned - medium heat
  • 2. Add tomato sauce and button mushroom
  • 3. Fry until simmering - approx 10 min, low heat
  • 4. Add onion and tomato to a clean small glass bowl
  • 5. Stir until completely mixed then set aside
  • 6. Add tortilla chips to a clean large serving bowl
  • 7. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
  • 8. Cover the cheese as you want the cheese to slightly melt
  • 9. Transfer vegetables to large serving bowl
  • 10. Cover with more chips
  • 11. Serve
