Method
1. Fry ground beef in a frying pan until browned - medium heat
2. Add tomato sauce and button mushroom
3. Fry until simmering - approx 10 min, low heat
4. Add onion and tomato to a clean small glass bowl
5. Stir until completely mixed then set aside
6. Add tortilla chips to a clean large serving bowl
7. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
8. Cover the cheese as you want the cheese to slightly melt
9. Transfer vegetables to large serving bowl
10. Cover with more chips
11. Serve
