  • Cashew nuts icon

  • Unsweetened shredded coconut icon
    Unsweetened shredded coconut35 g
  • Matcha powder icon
    Matcha powder1 teaspoon
  • Coconut flour icon
    Coconut flour25 g
  • Protein powder icon

    Method

  • 1. Add cashew nuts, unsweetened shredded coconut, matcha powder, coconut flour and protein powder to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Blend until coarse crumbs form
  • 3. Add coconut oil and agave syrup to a clean small glass bowl
  • 4. Heat carefully until melted
  • 5. Transfer syrup to mixture
  • 6. Blend well until dough forms
  • 7. Form into balls
  • 8. Roll in pistachios
  • 9. Chill in fridge until set
