A quick, one-bowl grown-up fruit salad with a mix of sweet and savory. I like this as a starter, with a cheeseboard, or as a light dessert... It's great for dinner parties, just make ahead and store it in the fridge. Adapted from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's 'Light & Easy' book.
