  1. Prepare 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  2. Place a clean medium bowl on Drop Scale
  3. Add butter, caster sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract to the medium bowl
  4. Mix until combined
  5. Add egg, self raising flour and salt to the dough
  6. Mix until combined
  7. Add milk chocolate to the dough
  8. Mix in
  9. Scoop dough onto 2 baking sheets
  10. Bake until browned at edges and let cool - approx 12 min, 180°C
