  1. Prepare 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  2. Place a clean medium bowl on Drop Scale
  3. Add softened butter
  4. Add caster sugar
  5. Add brown sugar
  6. Add vanilla extract
  7. Mix until combined
  8. Add egg
  9. Add self raising flour
  10. Add salt
  11. Mix until combined
  12. Add coarsely chopped milk chocolate
  13. Mix in
  14. Scoop dough onto 2 baking sheets
  15. Bake until browned at edges and let cool - approx 12 min, 180°C
