Soft and chewy chocolate chunk cookies

    Method

  • 1. Prepare 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  • 2. Place a clean medium bowl on Drop Scale
  • 3. Add butter, caster sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract to the medium bowl
  • 4. Mix until combined
  • 5. Add egg, self raising flour and salt
  • 6. Mix until combined
  • 7. Add milk chocolate to the dough
  • 8. Mix in
  • 9. Scoop dough onto 2 baking sheets
  • 10. Bake until browned at edges and let cool - approx 12 min, 180°C
