  • Self raising flour icon
    Self raising flour340 g
  • Salt icon
    Salt½ teaspoon
  • Baking soda icon
    Baking soda½ teaspoon
  • Sultanas icon
    Sultanas150 g
  • Buttermilk icon
    Buttermilk290 ml
    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  • 2. Add self raising flour, salt, baking soda and sultanas to a clean medium bowl
  • 3. Mix until combined
  • 4. Pour buttermilk into the dough and mix
  • 5. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 6. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  • 7. Bake until lightly browned - 30 min, 200°C, middle rack
