Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C / 430°F
2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
3. Add white flour, baking powder, salt, egg, unsalted butter, caster sugar, vanilla extract, chocolate chips and milk to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Mix until just combined
5. Spoon batter into muffin pan evenly
6. Bake until springy to touch - 15 min, 220°C / 430°F
7. Transfer muffins to plate
