  1. Pre-heat - 220°C
  2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add white flour
  5. Add baking powder
  6. Add salt
  7. Add egg
  8. Add melted unsalted butter
  9. Add caster sugar
  10. Add vanilla extract
  11. Add chocolate chips
  12. Add milk
  13. Mix until just combined
  14. Spoon batter into muffin pan evenly
  15. Bake until springy to touch - 15 min, 220°C
  16. Transfer muffins to plate
