  1. Pre-heat - 200°C
  2. Prepare a clean muffin pan
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add all purpose flour
  5. Add baking powder
  6. Add grated zucchini
  7. Add grated cheddar cheese
  8. Mix well
  9. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  10. Add milk
  11. Add egg
  12. Add olive oil
  13. Mix
  14. Transfer wet ingredients to mixture
  15. Mix well
  16. Transfer half of mixture to muffin pan
  17. Add cherry tomatoes
  18. Transfer mixture to muffin pan
  19. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 200°C
