A delicious healthy recipe for my raspberry and blueberry flapjacks. They are quick and easy and can store for a few weeks.

  • Butter icon

  • Maple syrup icon

  • Oats icon
    Oats200 g
  • All purpose flour icon

  • Raspberries icon
    Raspberries150 g

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 210°C
  • 2. Add butter and maple syrup to a clean saucepan
  • 3. Melt slowly then set aside
  • 4. Add oats and all purpose flour to a clean medium bowl
  • 5. Transfer mixture to oat mixture
  • 6. Mix until combined then set aside
  • 7. Add raspberries and blueberries to a clean small bowl
  • 8. Crush then set aside
  • 9. Press half of oat mixture into square pan
  • 10. Transfer fruit to square pan
  • 11. Spread
  • 12. Transfer the rest of oat mixture to square pan
  • 13. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 210°C
  • 14. Transfer onto cooling rack until cool
  • 15. Cut
