A delicious healthy recipe for my raspberry and blueberry flapjacks. They are quick and easy and can store for a few weeks.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 210°C
  2. Get a clean saucepan
  3. Add butter
  4. Add maple syrup
  5. Melt slowly then set aside
  6. Get a clean medium bowl
  7. Add oats
  8. Add all purpose flour
  9. Transfer mixture to oat mixture
  10. Mix until combined then set aside
  11. Get a clean small bowl
  12. Add raspberries
  13. Add blueberries
  14. Crush then set aside
  15. Press half of oat mixture into square pan
  16. Transfer fruit to square pan
  17. Spread
  18. Transfer the rest of oat mixture to square pan
  19. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 210°C
  20. Transfer onto cooling rack until cool
  21. Cut
