Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Place a clean small bowl on Drop Scale
  3. Add all purpose flour, baking soda, cornstarch, baking powder and salt to the small bowl
  4. Whisk until combined then set aside
  5. Place a clean stand mixer bowl on Drop Scale
  6. Add unsalted butter, brown sugar and peanut butter to the stand mixer bowl
  7. Cream until light and fluffy - medium speed
  8. Replace on Drop Scale
  9. Add egg and vanilla extract to the dough
  10. Mix - low speed
  11. Scrape
  12. Transfer dry ingredients to dough
  13. Mix slowly until just combined - low speed
  14. Replace on Drop Scale
  15. Add oats, chocolate chips and candy to the dough
  16. Stir until completely mixed
  17. Line a clean baking pan with parchment paper
  18. Grease
  19. Transfer dough to baking pan
  20. Press evenly until smooth
  21. Bake until browned at edges - 17 min, 175°C, middle rack
  22. Transfer onto cooling rack until completely cool
  23. Cut
