Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 175°C
  2. Place a clean small bowl on Drop Scale
  3. Add all purpose flour
  4. Add baking soda
  5. Add cornstarch
  6. Add baking powder
  7. Add salt
  8. Whisk until combined then set aside
  9. Place a clean stand mixer bowl on Drop Scale
  10. Add room temperature unsalted butter
  11. Add brown sugar
  12. Add peanut butter
  13. Cream until light and fluffy - medium speed
  14. Replace on Drop Scale
  15. Add egg
  16. Add vanilla extract
  17. Mix - low speed
  18. Scrape
  19. Transfer dry ingredients to dough
  20. Mix slowly until just combined - low speed
  21. Replace on Drop Scale
  22. Add oats
  23. Add chocolate chips
  24. Add candy
  25. Stir until completely mixed
  26. Line a clean baking pan with parchment paper
  27. Grease
  28. Transfer dough to baking pan
  29. Press evenly until smooth
  30. Bake until browned at edges - 17 min, 175°C, middle rack
  31. Transfer onto cooling rack until completely cool
  32. Cut
