    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  • 2. Add rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda and ground cinnamon to a clean small bowl
  • 3. Mix until combined
  • 4. Add unsalted butter and avocado to a clean stand mixer bowl
  • 5. Beat until smooth
  • 6. Add white sugar and brown sugar to the dough
  • 7. Cream
  • 8. Add egg and vanilla extract to the dough
  • 9. Beat
  • 10. Transfer half of dry ingredients to dough
  • 11. Mix carefully
  • 12. Transfer the rest of dry ingredients to dough
  • 13. Mix carefully
  • 14. Add chocolate chips to the dough and fold in
  • 15. Form into balls
  • 16. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  • 17. Sprinkle with sea salt
  • 18. Bake and let cool - 10 min, 190°C
