Step preview

  1. Add olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, black pepper and scallion to a clean large resealable plastic bag
  2. Mix until combined
  3. Add salmon filet to the fish
  4. Marinate in fridge - approx 24 hr
  5. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  6. Transfer fish to glass baking dish
  7. Bake - 30 min, 200°C
  8. Add soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey and sesame seeds to a clean small bowl
  9. Mix until combined
  10. Transfer glaze to large resealable plastic bag
