Step preview

  1. Place a clean large mixing bowl on drop
  2. Add ground beef
  3. Add ground pork
  4. Add diced onion
  5. Add wholegrain mustard
  6. Add chopped fresh basil
  7. Add diced jalapeño pepper
  8. Add ground salt
  9. Add ground black pepper
  10. Mix thoroughly until completely mixed then set aside
  11. Pre-heat - 160°C
  12. Get a clean loaf pan
  13. Line with bacon
  14. Transfer meat to loaf pan
  15. Roast - 1 hr, 160°C
  16. Set aside
  17. Turn out
  18. Slice
