Step preview

  1. Place a clean large mixing bowl on drop
  2. Add ground beef, ground pork, onion, wholegrain mustard, fresh basil, jalapeño pepper, salt and black pepper to the large mixing bowl
  3. Mix thoroughly until completely mixed then set aside
  4. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  5. Line a clean loaf pan with bacon
  6. Transfer meat to loaf pan
  7. Roast - 1 hr, 160°C
  8. Set aside
  9. Turn out
  10. Slice
