Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Add rolled oats, apple, almonds, hazelnuts, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, milk and heavy cream to a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Mix until combined
  4. Transfer oat mixture to large cast iron skillet
  5. Bake - 35 min, 170°C
  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar
  7. Broil - 3 min, high heat
