The Wife's delicious raw brownies that taste so good you wouldn't think they could be healthy! No need for cooking with only 4 ingredients.

  • Pecan pieces icon
    Pecan pieces140 g
  • Dates icon
    Dates400 gpitted
  • Cocoa powder icon
    Cocoa powder3 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup icon
    Maple syrup2 tablespoons
    Method

  • 1. Add pecan pieces to a clean small bowl
  • 2. Blend until coarse crumbs form
  • 3. Add dates, cocoa powder and maple syrup to the small bowl
  • 4. Blend until combined
  • 5. Transfer content of small bowl to baking sheet
  • 6. Freeze until firm
  • 7. Cut
