  1. Add pecan pieces to a clean small bowl
  2. Blend until coarse crumbs form
  3. Add dates, cocoa powder and maple syrup to the small bowl
  4. Blend until combined
  5. Transfer content of small bowl to baking sheet
  6. Freeze until firm
