Method
1. Add all purpose flour, powdered sugar, salt and unsalted butter to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Rub in until coarse crumbs form
3. Add egg to the pastry
4. Mix until mixture comes together
5. Wrap with plastic wrap
6. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
7. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
8. Transfer pastry to lightly floured surface
9. Roll out
10. Cut out
11. Grease a clean mini muffin pan
12. Transfer pastry to mini muffin pan
13. Add mince pie filling to the mini muffin pan
14. Decorate
15. Add egg to a clean small bowl
16. Mix briefly
17. Brush
18. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
19. Let cool onto cooling rack
20. Dust with icing sugar
