Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Line a clean cake tin with parchment paper
  3. Add ground almonds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, salt, baking powder and psyllium husk powder to a clean medium bowl
  4. Mix
  5. Add egg, olive oil and sour cream to the dough
  6. Mix carefully
  7. Let rest - 5 min
  8. Divide into quarters
  9. Shape into rounds
  10. Transfer dough to cake tin
  11. Bake medium bowl until golden brown - 20 min, 200°C
