Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 200°C
  2. Line a clean cake tin with parchment paper
  3. Get a clean medium bowl
  4. Add ground almonds
  5. Add flaxseeds
  6. Add sunflower seeds
  7. Add salt
  8. Add baking powder
  9. Add psyllium husk powder
  10. Mix
  11. Add egg
  12. Add olive oil
  13. Add sour cream
  14. Mix carefully
  15. Let rest - 5 min
  16. Divide into quarters
  17. Shape into rounds
  18. Transfer dough to cake tin
  19. Bake medium bowl until golden brown - 20 min, 200°C
