  • Flaxseeds icon

  • Sunflower seeds icon

  • Baking powder icon

  • Psyllium husk powder icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  • 2. Line a clean cake tin with parchment paper
  • 3. Add ground almonds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, salt, baking powder and psyllium husk powder to a clean medium bowl
  • 4. Mix
  • 5. Add egg, olive oil and sour cream to the dough
  • 6. Mix carefully
  • 7. Let rest - 5 min
  • 8. Divide into quarters
  • 9. Shape into rounds
  • 10. Transfer dough to cake tin
  • 11. Bake medium bowl until golden brown - 20 min, 200°C
