  • Parmesan cheese icon
    Parmesan cheese100 ggrated
  • Salt icon

  • Almond meal icon

  • Cauliflower icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  • 2. Whizz your cauliflower using your food processor until it looks a bit like fine couscous
  • 3. Add salt, egg, almond meal and parmesan cheese to the food processor bowl
  • 4. Stir until combined
  • 5. Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper
  • 6. Tip the cauli mixture onto the lined tray then using your hands smooth into a pizza shaped circle about 28cm (11in) in diameter
  • 7. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the pizza is deeply browned and feels cooked
  • 8. Add your favourite toppings
  • 9. Bake - 5 min, 200°C
  • 10. Slice with pizza cutter
  • 11. Serve
