Method
1. Add gram flour, rice flour, cornflour, ground turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, ground ginger, fresh garlic, salt and baking powder to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Mix thoroughly until well combined
3. Add water to the batter
4. Mix well until smooth
5. Add sunflower oil to a clean saucepan
6. Heat - medium heat
7. Add baby corn to a clean medium bowl
8. Transfer vegetables to batter
9. Fry carefully until crispy then set aside
