  1. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add gram flour
  3. Add rice flour
  4. Add cornflour
  5. Add ground turmeric

  13. Mix thoroughly until well combined
  14. Add water
  15. Mix well until smooth
  16. Get a clean saucepan
  17. Add sunflower oil
  18. Heat - medium heat
  19. Get a clean medium bowl
  20. Add halved baby corn
  21. Transfer vegetables to batter
  22. Fry carefully until crispy then set aside
