  • Dark chocolate icon

    50 g (about ¼ cup)chopped

  • Tahini icon

    ½ cup (about 132 g)

  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

    2 tablespoons (about 27.3 g)

  • Rolled oats icon

    ½ cup (about 79.2 g)

  • Oat flour icon
    Oat flour

    ½ cup (about 79.2 g)

  • Baking powder icon

    ¼ teaspoon (about 1.25 g)

  • Ground cinnamon icon

    ¼ teaspoon (about 0.66 g)

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  • 2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 3. Add maple syrup, tahini and extra virgin olive oil to a clean large mixing bowl and mix
  • 4. Add rolled oats, oat flour, baking powder, dark chocolate, ground cinnamon and sea salt to the dough
  • 5. Mix well until combined
  • 6. Arrange dough in baking sheet
  • 7. Bake until light golden - 12 min, 170°C
  • 8. Let cool onto cooling rack
  • 9. Yum!
