Quick and delicious crackers, flavored with fresh thyme, parmesan and ground black pepper.

  • Unsalted butter icon

  • Parmesan cheese icon

  • Sea salt icon

  • Fresh thyme icon

    Method

  • 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 2. Add unsalted butter to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Cream the butter with the whisk attachment
  • 4. Add parmesan cheese, sea salt, fresh thyme and black pepper
  • 5. Mix until just combined
  • 6. Add all purpose flour to the dough gradually while mixing
  • 7. Roll dough into a ball
  • 8. Refrigerate in fridge - 30 min
  • 9. Pre-heat oven - 170°C / 340°F
  • 10. Roll out the dough on lightly-floured surface
  • 11. Cut into squares
  • 12. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  • 13. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 170°C / 340°F
  • 14. Transfer onto cooling rack
