Method
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Add unsalted butter to a clean large mixing bowl
3. Cream the butter with the whisk attachment
4. Add parmesan cheese, sea salt, fresh thyme and black pepper
5. Mix until just combined
6. Add all purpose flour to the dough gradually while mixing
7. Roll dough into a ball
8. Refrigerate in fridge - 30 min
9. Pre-heat oven - 170°C / 340°F
10. Roll out the dough on lightly-floured surface
11. Cut into squares
12. Transfer dough to baking sheet
13. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 170°C / 340°F
14. Transfer onto cooling rack
