Method
1. Add anchovies, garlic clove, English mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil and avocado to the TM5 bowl
2. Blend with MC in place - approx 20 sec, speed 8
3. Remove from bowl and set aside
4. Add brussels sprouts to the TM5 bowl
5. Chop with MC in place - approx 2 sec, speed 5
6. Remove from the bowl and add to the dressing
7. Add kale to the TM5 bowl
8. Chop with MC in place - approx 2 sec, speed 5
9. Remove from the bowl and add to the salad
10. Toss the salad together with all of the dressing
11. Assemble the salad on a large platter and top with croutons and shaved parmesan
12. Serve within an hour or two of making
