  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 2. Add olive oil and onion to a clean frying pan
  • 3. Cook until translucent
  • 4. Add chicken breast to the frying pan
  • 5. Stir until combined
  • 6. Add sriracha sauce to the frying pan
  • 7. Add sour cream to the frying pan
  • 8. Add cheese to the frying pan
  • 9. Add sriracha sauce to a clean glass baking dish
  • 10. Add flour tortilla to the glass baking dish
  • 11. Add sriracha sauce and cheese to the glass baking dish
  • 12. Cover with foil
  • 13. Bake - approx 30 min
