Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 180°C
  2. Add water, salt and pasta to the TM5 bowl
  3. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Boil - approx 8 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  5. Drain
  6. Add lemon, currants, golden caster sugar, almond milk, butter, ground cinnamon and orange to the TM5 bowl
  7. Cook - approx 4 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  8. Grease a clean baking dish generously
  9. Add pistachios, almond milk, slivered almonds and pistachios to the TM5 bowl
  10. Stir
  11. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to baking dish
  12. Bake until light golden - approx 35 min, 180°C
  13. Add rum to the baking dish
  14. Serve
