    3 liters (3000ml)

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 50°C
  2. Add butter to a clean frying pan
  3. Heat in frying pan until melted
  4. Add fresh sage to the frying pan
  5. Fry in frying pan until crispy
  6. Add salmon filet to the frying pan
  7. Fry one by one in frying pan until crispy - 2 min
  8. Keep warm - 50°C
  9. Add sea salt and water to a clean large saucepan and bring to a boil
  10. Add pasta to the pasta
  11. Cook until al dente
  12. Arrange pasta in frying pan
  13. Serve
  14. Garnish with lemon and parmesan cheese
