Step preview

  1. Add bread flour, egg and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Mix - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  4. Knead - approx 2 min, dough
  5. Flour a clean work surface
  6. Transfer dough to work surface
  7. Knead into a ball
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Let rest - 10 min
  10. Divide into pieces with dough scraper
  11. Roll out
  12. Slice
  13. Cook
  14. Serve
