Method
1. Add golden caster sugar and lemon to the TM5 bowl
2. Blitz with MC in place 10 sec, speed 10
3. Then add baking powder, butter and pink Himalayan salt flakes to the dough
4. Blend with MC in place 3 sec, speed 6
5. Then add all purpose flour and milk to the dough
6. Blend with MC in place 6 sec, speed 6
7. Line the varoma tray with parchment paper
8. Roll the dough into dumplings, approximately the size of a large walnut
9. Place onto the baking paper leaving at least a cm of space all around each one for expansion
10. Set the Varoma aside
11. To create the sauce, add lemon juice, water and raw cane sugar into the Thermomix bowl
12. Set Varoma into position and steam dumplings over sauce 20 min/Varoma/speed 4
13. Serve immediately with plenty of sauce poured over the dumplings and lashings of double cream
