Dessert soup? Yes absolutely, cue the best vanilla ice cream around and you will just love this one. Cool slightly before serving with a scoop of gelato and a little cracked black pepper over the gelato. Add a dash of Crème de Fraise or other fruit liqueur of choice.

  1. Add dark brown sugar and orange to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blitz - approx 5 sec, speed 9
  4. Then add orange juice to the TM5 bowl
  5. Cook - approx 6 min, varoma, speed 1
  6. Then add rhubarb, strawberries, orange juice, ground cinnamon and vanilla bean paste to the TM5 bowl
  7. Cook - approx 13 min, 100°C, speed 2
  8. Blend - approx 1 min, speed 8
  9. Serve
