Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
2. Divide Fruity Pear Mince between the clean ceramic baking dishes evenly
3. Add unsalted butter, pink Himalayan salt flakes and all purpose flour to the TM5 bowl
4. Blend with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 8
5. Then add dark brown sugar to the mixture
6. Blend with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 5
7. Then add almonds and slivered almonds to the mixture
8. Mix with MC in place - approx 15 sec, dough
9. Then add marzipan to the mixture
10. Stir - approx 15 sec, gentle stir
11. Transfer mixture to 2 ceramic baking dishes
12. Bake until fragrant - 20 min, 180°C
13. Serve
