We don't often get to eat warm Christmassy desserts down under, but in July we can! So get mixing and channel your inner Mrs. Claus. YUM.

  • Fruity pear mince icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  • 2. Divide Fruity Pear Mince between the clean ceramic baking dishes evenly
  • 3. Add unsalted butter, pink Himalayan salt flakes and all purpose flour to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Blend with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 8
  • 5. Then add dark brown sugar to the mixture
  • 6. Blend with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  • 7. Then add almonds and slivered almonds to the mixture
  • 8. Mix with MC in place - approx 15 sec, dough
  • 9. Then add marzipan to the mixture
  • 10. Stir - approx 15 sec, gentle stir
  • 11. Transfer mixture to 2 ceramic baking dishes
  • 12. Bake until fragrant - 20 min, 180°C
  • 13. Serve
