Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 205°C
2. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Add dry ingredients to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Mix thoroughly until combined then set aside
5. Add cheese mixture to a clean large mixing bowl
6. Fold bit by bit until mixture comes together
7. Heat bit by bit in microwave until completely mixed then set aside - 30 sec, high heat
8. Add egg to the large mixing bowl
9. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to large mixing bowl
10. Fold carefully until just combined
11. Use your hands to form a ball of dough, then knead the dough with your hands, and then add a tiny bit of almond flour to your work-surface to continue kneading the dough.
12. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to lightly floured surface
13. Once the ball of fathead dough forms, split it up into 6 smaller balls of dough.
14. Now take your finger and press it into the middle of the small ball of fathead dough to form a hole.
15. Transfer content of lightly floured surface to baking sheet
16. If making “Everything” bagels, coat the tops of each bagel with spray oil, and add the everything bagel seasoning.
17. Bake until golden brown and let cool - approx 15 min, 205°C
