A quick cooling raita or yogurt mint dip that is perfect on its own with a salty crunchy cracker, or as an addition to something hot like a curry.

  • Lemon icon
    Lemon1juiced
  • Cucumber icon
    Cucumber½deseeded, diced
  • Garlic clove icon
    Garlic clove3
  • Fresh chili icon
    Fresh chili½
  • Mint leaves icon
    Mint leaves15 g
  • Pink himalayan salt flakes icon
    Pink himalayan salt flakes1 pinch
  • Greek yogurt icon
    Greek yogurt200 g
    Method

  • 1. Add garlic clove, fresh chili, mint leaves and pink Himalayan salt flakes to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Chop with MC in place - approx 6 sec, speed 5
  • 3. Then add lemon and greek yogurt to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 4
  • 5. Scrape out into a bowl
  • 6. Stir through remaining yoghurt and cucumber
  • 7. Cover with plastic wrap
  • 8. Chill in fridge
