Step preview

  1. Add cacao nibs, icing sugar, vanilla bean paste, sea salt and unsalted butter to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  4. Roll
  5. Wrap with waxed paper
  6. Refrigerate in fridge
