I do love a good dressing on almost everything. This would be spectacular with chips, of course it is amazing on all sorts of salads, with chicken etc.

Step preview

  1. Add garlic clove, fresh rosemary and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 7
  4. Then add egg yolk, apple cider vinegar and dijon mustard to the TM5 bowl
  5. Mix - approx 1 min, speed 5
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Add sundried tomato to the TM5 bowl
  8. Chop - approx 30 sec, speed 6
  9. Add extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl while machine is running
  10. Blend - approx 2 min 30 sec, speed 4
  11. Then add lemon to the TM5 bowl
  12. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 4
  13. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
  14. Store in fridge
