This is SO simple. It really takes very little time to be sitting down to the most fragrant and vibrant curry ever. You can sub out the fish for chicken if you wish.

  1. Prep and set aside galangal: peeled & chopped
  2. Prep and set aside lemongrass stalk: peeled
  3. Prep and set aside shallot: peeled
  4. Prep and set aside fresh chili: finely sliced
  5. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  6. Add prepared galangal
  7. Add fresh turmeric
  8. Add garlic clove
  9. Add prepared lemongrass stalk
  10. Add prepared shallot
  11. Add shrimp paste
  12. Add fresh chili
  13. Add extra virgin olive oil
  14. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  15. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 8
  16. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  17. Add coconut cream
  18. Add chicken stock
  19. Add fish sauce
  20. Add coconut sugar
  21. Add kaffir lime leaves
  22. Cook - approx 8 min, 100°C, speed 1
  23. Add whitefish filet
  24. Cook - approx 2 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  25. Divide content of TM5 bowl between 4 large serving bowls
  26. Garnish with lime
  27. Garnish with prepared fresh chili
  28. Garnish with cilantro
