Step preview

  1. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  2. Add scallion
  3. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  4. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl then set aside
  5. Add unsalted butter to the TM5 bowl
  6. Add miso paste
  7. Add ground turmeric
  8. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  9. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  10. Add black pepper
  11. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  12. Transfer onions to TM5 bowl
  13. Stir - approx 4 sec, speed 6
  14. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  15. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to work surface
  16. Roll into a log
  17. Store in fridge
