Step preview

  1. Add white chocolate, cacao nibs, ground turmeric, ground ginger, ground cardamom, black pepper and ground cinnamon to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Heat - approx 20 min, 37°C, speed 1
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Heat - approx 15 min, 37°C, speed 1
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Transfer chocolate mixture to silicone bar molds
  8. Sprinkle with shredded coconut
  9. Chill in fridge until set
  10. Serve
