  1. Prep and set aside ginger: peeled
  2. Prep and set aside cinnamon stick: broken up
  3. Prep and set aside lemon: peel & juice of
  4. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Add ground turmeric
  6. Add prepared ginger
  7. Add chili flakes
  8. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  9. Add black peppercorns
  10. Add prepared cinnamon stick
  11. Add prepared lemon
  12. Add water
  13. Cook - approx 10 min, 80°C, reverse speed 1
  14. Strain and reserve liquid
  15. Stir honey to taste
  16. Serve
