    80 g (about 3 ¾ tbsp)

Step preview

  1. Add ground turmeric, ginger and chili flakes to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  4. Then add black peppercorns, cinnamon stick, lemon and water to the mixture
  5. Cook - approx 10 min, 80°C, reverse speed 1
  6. Strain and reserve liquid
  7. Stir honey into the mixture to taste
  8. Serve
