  1. Prep and set aside mint: chopped
  2. Prep and set aside fresh chili: sliced
  3. Get the simmering basket
  4. Add basmati rice
  5. Stir in saffron threads
  6. Stir in ground turmeric
  7. Stir in sea salt
  8. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  9. Add water
  10. Steam rice - approx 14 min, 100°C, speed 4
  11. Mix
  12. Serve
  13. serve with prepared mint
