Step preview

  1. Add basmati rice to the simmering basket
  2. Stir in saffron threads, ground turmeric and sea salt to the rice
  3. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  4. Steam rice - approx 14 min, 100°C, speed 4
  5. Mix
  6. Serve
  7. Serve with mint
  8. Garnish with fresh chili
