Step preview

  1. Add salted butter, garlic clove and red onion to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 2 sec, speed 6
  4. Sauté - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 1
  5. Then add button mushroom to the TM5 bowl
  6. Season with salt & pepper
  7. Add fresh thyme, water and chicken stock to the TM5 bowl
  8. Cook - approx 8 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  9. Then add chicken breast and single cream to the TM5 bowl
  10. Cook - approx 6 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  11. Then add spinach to the TM5 bowl and cover
  12. Wilt
  13. Add lemon to the TM5 bowl
  14. Serve
