  1. Prep and set aside red onion: peeled & halved
  2. Prep and set aside chicken breast: cubed
  3. Prep and set aside lemon: juice of
  4. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Add salted butter
  6. Add garlic clove
  7. Add prepared red onion
  8. Chop - approx 2 sec, speed 6
  9. Sauté - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 1
  10. Add sliced button mushroom
  11. Season with salt & pepper
  12. Add fresh thyme
  13. Add water
  14. Add chicken stock
  15. Cook - approx 8 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  16. Add prepared chicken breast
  17. Add single cream
  18. Cook - approx 6 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  19. Add spinach and cover
  20. Wilt
  21. Add prepared lemon
  22. Serve
