  1. Prep and set aside ginger: peeled
  2. Get a clean frying pan
  3. Add cumin seeds
  4. Add coriander seeds
  5. Add black peppercorns
  6. Add smoked paprika
  7. Add cayenne pepper
  8. Add ground turmeric
  9. Toast in frying pan until fragrant and let cool
  10. Transfer spices to TM5 bowl
  11. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  12. Blitz - approx 1 min, reverse speed 10
  13. Add garlic clove
  14. Add fresh chili
  15. Add onion
  16. Add extra virgin olive oil
  17. Add prepared ginger
  18. Add lime juice
  19. Add tomato paste
  20. Add greek yogurt
  21. Add sea salt
  22. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 4
  23. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  24. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 4
  25. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  26. Get a clean baking dish
  27. Add chicken leg
  28. Slice
  29. Rub marinade onto chicken and cover
  30. Marinate in fridge - 4 hr
  31. Pre-heat - high heat
  32. Grill until cooked through - high heat
  33. Serve
