This lemon chicken recipe is incredibly simple to prepare but packed full of flavor with lemon zest and juice, garlic, onion, rosemary and olive oil. Serve chicken with Kalamata olives, my Quinoa Tabbouleh or my Lemon Summer Risotto.

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside lemon: zest of
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add garlic clove
  4. Add scallion
  5. Add rosemary
  6. Add prepared lemon
  7. Add lemon juice
  8. Add extra virgin olive oil
  9. Add sea salt
  10. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 10
  11. Get a clean large resealable plastic bag
  12. Add chicken leg
  13. Transfer marinade to chicken
  14. Marinate in fridge - approx 4 hr
  15. Pre-heat - 200°C
  16. Get a clean ceramic baking dish
  17. Brush with olive oil
  18. Transfer chicken to ceramic baking dish
  19. Roast until browned - 30 min, 200°C
  20. Remove
  21. Cover with foil
  22. serve with black olives
