This lemon chicken recipe is incredibly simple to prepare but packed full of flavor with lemon zest and juice, garlic, onion, rosemary and olive oil. Serve chicken with Kalamata olives, my Quinoa Tabbouleh or my Lemon Summer Risotto.

Step preview

  1. Add garlic clove, scallion, rosemary, lemon, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 10
  4. Add chicken leg to a clean large resealable plastic bag
  5. Transfer marinade to chicken
  6. Marinate in fridge - approx 4 hr
  7. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  8. Brush a clean ceramic baking dish with olive oil
  9. Transfer chicken to ceramic baking dish
  10. Roast until browned - 30 min, 200°C
  11. Remove
  12. Cover with foil
  13. Serve with black olives
