Step preview

  1. Add butter and garlic clove to a clean large saucepan
  2. Cook - approx 2 min, medium-high heat
  3. Add vegetable stock and white rice to the large saucepan
  4. Bring to the boil, then cover and reduce the heat
  5. Simmer until cooked through then set aside - approx 15 min
  6. Add zucchini, black pepper and cheddar cheese to the large saucepan
  7. Stir and cover
  8. Serve
