  • Canned chickpeas icon
    Canned chickpeas400 g
  • Celery stalk icon
    Celery stalk1coarsely chopped
  • Lemon juice icon
    Lemon juice2 tablespoons
  • Salt icon

  • Cayenne pepper icon

    Method

  • 1. Add canned chickpeas to a clean food processor bowl
  • 2. Pulse until just blended
  • 3. Add celery stalk, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to the food processor bowl
  • 4. Pulse until just blended
  • 5. Add mayonnaise to the food processor bowl
  • 6. Pulse until just blended
  • 7. Transfer the rest of content of food processor bowl to medium bowl
  • 8. Add canned corn to the medium bowl
  • 9. Mix until combined
  • 10. Serve
