Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 250°C
2. Get a clean food processor bowl
3. Add midi blade to kCook bowl
4. Add water, sugar, salt and active dried yeast to the food processor bowl
5. Heat on 30C, 1 minute, speed 5
6. Add all purpose flour to the food processor bowl
7. Combine for 15 seconds, speed 7.
8. Knead for 3 minutes, speed 10
9. Divide into halves
10. Transfer content of food processor bowl to 2 pizza stone evenly between
11. Flatten firmly until 1/8" (5mm) thick
12. Bake - 3 min, 250°C
13. Flip base over on stone or pan.
14. Top as desired. Bake for approximately 12 minutes at 250C
