    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  • 2. Add basic pie crust to a clean lightly floured surface
  • 3. Roll out
  • 4. Add all purpose flour, sugar and ground cinnamon to a clean medium bowl
  • 5. Mix thoroughly
  • 6. Transfer dough to pie dish
  • 7. Transfer filling to pie dish
  • 8. Dot with unsalted butter generously
  • 9. Fold
  • 10. Bake - approx 30 min, 190°C
  • 11. Serve
